PortaSauna would like to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

We ship our items to our customers as quickly as possible however there are always factors that are out of our control such as couriers not arriving, delays due to high volumes of orders and stock shortages.

We always try to keep you updated throughout the order process if there are any issues with your order or delays.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to the nature of the products that we sell at PortaSauna.co.uk we have a wide variety of shipping charges and even separate rates for specific items.

Deliveries are made with either UPS or DHL depending on the country from 7am to 7pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

 Local delivery & In-store Pickup

We do not offer Local Delivery unless it is specifically requested from a customer. If you would like to arrange a local collection from our store please notify us in advance as we do not carry much stock at our offices and items are sent from our storage facility in Leicestershire.

International Shipping

 We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Vatican City, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Andorra, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland 

If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to the USA due to the specifics within our insurance documentation.

We allow customers to arrange a collection of their own products through your preferred shipping company if you wish.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

NOTE: Goods sent from the UK to consumer customers in the EU can be zero-rated for UK VAT as exports, but will be subject to import VAT on arrival in the EU member state where the customer belongs. This may mean that the customer will need to make arrangements to pay the import VAT before they can take delivery of the goods.

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PortaSauna is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from PortaSauna.co.uk which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to the size of some of our packages we are sometimes unable to ship to PO Boxes and customers should always contact us to see if it is possible.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
