About Wild Sauna Club

At Wild Sauna Club, we bring the magic of heat and nature together, offering a truly immersive outdoor wellness experience. Founded by Laura Mayfield—an avid open-water swimmer, wife, and mum of two autistic teens—our passion for sauna runs deep. Having completed the Henley Thames Swim Marathon in August 2024, Laura has since dedicated herself to hosting unforgettable sauna sessions across the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and Rutland regions. Lauras dedication to creating unforgettable sauna experiences and here love of sauna fuels her drive to create inclusive, welcoming spaces for everyone to experience the benefits of sauna therapy.
